Multicultural day from the sLOVEnians' point of view

The day  started with interesting lectures about Olympic games (Stefan Fokkema), Couch Surfing (Konstantin Gridnevskiy) and Sustainable tourism (Dumitru Troanca, Lia Baltador). After lectures we walked to the restaurant where we divided in to planet groups: Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter.  The whole point of this groups is getting to know each other better.

When we refiled our batteries with a meal and beautiful view it was a time to get back to the Faculty and prepare our presentations for the Intercultural event.

Slovenia as a host started first with traditional Istrian food combination bread, salt and home made olive oil. In 15 min. long presentation we present Slovenian culture, heritage and sport. We also told some jokes about Slovenians ("Slovenians sleep with one leg in Italia and other leg in Croatia." :) )

In the same evening we got a chance to meet other cultures. All the Summer school participants danced during the Romanian and Portuguese presentation, they were learning Poland's geography, watching promo videos of some countries and answering to quiz questions etc.

After all presentations we continued our event on the beach, were we had a chance to taste drinks and food from each country.
The most popular stand was Portuguese one, thanks to Vitor and his skills of promoting food and drinks.

P.S. 4 minutes remaining!!! :)
